The Active User Page

You can view a list of all of the active users in your Reserves instance using the active user page.

  1. Select Security from the Navigation Toolbar.
  2. Click on the Users and Roles tab, and then the Active User page.

View and Monitor User Activity

When you access this page, a list of active users will be displayed on screen.

In addition to usernames, you will be able to view:

  • User Id's
  • If the user is active or not
  • The IP Address used by the user
  • The time of their last activity
  • The time when they logged in
  • The time they logged out

Clear your User Settings

You may be looking to delete cached information associated with your user profile (like report options you have recently selected). This information can be cleared using The About Reserves Page.

This will not modify the security settings associated with your user. This function merely deletes temporarily cached information about your user.
